The New Downtown Palmetto Bay Medical Hub [The Hub] has been designed by a doctor to be an ambulatory care center devoted to medical care for outpatient services. The Hub will provide a leasable space of approximately 77,000 square feet with structured parking in addition, on a sizable land area at a crossroads of Palmetto Bay and Cutler Bay in South Miami-Dade. Tenant Services

As a specialized care facility, The Hub is designed to be patient-friendly, in an easily accessible location. But just as important, it is also designed to provide centralized Tenant support services to reduce each medical practitioner’s individual burden of administrative and operating responsibilities, while also lowering those operating costs to each Tenant. (Reception, etc.) the Hub is the brainchild of doctors who understand the unique needs of those who practice medicine. In other words, let the doctors do what they do best.

On-site management shall be provided by a full-time office operated by an accredited Institute of Real Estate manager who is licensed by the State of Florida. Our response time to tenant issues or building service needs will be measured in minutes, not hours or days. Our new state-of-the-art facility provides protection against weather event interruptions of utility services. Unlike other locations, our facility enjoys a unique advantage, our utilities are all underground. Add back-up power generation and one can see, our building will be open and ready for business.

Labor shortage & Retention of personnel are major problems for medical facilities. The Hub is in an area with demographics that suggest low turnover in residency and taps into parts of the County where people want to work. Residents from affordable living areas such as Perrine, South Dade, and as far South as Homestead, will find the commute manageable. Not only will this aid in recruitment, it will also serve to create stability in staff retention. Public transportation service is very nearby and widely used in this part of the County.
